trustdepo holds funds in segregated accounts at licensed banks. Funds are released to the seller only when both the buyer and seller confirm the transaction is complete, or when we determine it should release in accordance with these terms following dispute mediation.
We charge a flat platform fee of 1.5% of the transaction value, deducted from the seller's payout when the transaction is released. No monthly, setup, or withdrawal fees apply. If a transaction is cancelled before release, the buyer is refunded in full.
If buyer and seller cannot reach agreement on release, either party may raise a dispute. trustdepo will mediate based on the agreed scope, evidence submitted, and applicable applicable law. We aim to issue a decision within 3 business days.
You may not use trustdepo in connection with fraud, money laundering, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, or any transaction prohibited under applicable law or our acceptable-use policy. We reserve the right to freeze or reverse transactions we reasonably believe violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability in connection with a transaction is limited to the value of that transaction. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or reputational harm.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which trustdepo is incorporated. Any dispute not resolved through mediation shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
